Service
Applic provides a chemical application logging tool for Australian operators and organisations. The service helps users capture field information, generate records, store an archive, and send notifications connected with chemical application work.
Applic is not legal advice, agronomic advice, chemical handling advice, or a substitute for reading product labels and regulatory requirements. Users remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, permits, labels, workplace procedures, and record keeping obligations.
Subscription
Applic is provided on a monthly subscription basis with Solo, Team, and Company plans. New subscriptions may include a 14-day trial unless otherwise stated at checkout.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not remove responsibility for charges already incurred, records already created, or any legal obligation to retain records.
Data
Users and their organisations own the chemical application records they enter into Applic. We store those records on your behalf so the service can provide search, history, PDF generation, notifications, and related product features.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of the information entered into the service, including chemical details, landowner information, GPS coordinates, and operator details.
Acceptable use
Applic is intended for commercial herbicide and chemical application logging. You must not use the service to upload unlawful content, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, misuse third-party integrations, or create records for deceptive or harmful purposes.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, presents a security risk, or is being operated in a way that may harm Applic, other users, or third-party services.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applic is provided without guarantees that it will prevent compliance failures, fines, disputes, data entry mistakes, or operational losses.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees paid by the affected customer in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
